The venue for the Financial Industry Exhibition is the permanent Tehran International Fairgrounds, located at the intersection of Seoul and Chamran Highways. The exhibition halls are 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 27, situated on the eastern side.
The Financial Industry Exhibition (Stock Exchange, Banking, and Insurance) will be held from November 17 to 20, 2026. (Note: 26–29 Aban 1405 in the Solar Hijri calendar)

Permits for holding international exhibitions in Iran are issued by the Iran Trade Promotion Organization (under the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade) to qualified, experienced, and eligible organizers. The main policymaker for this exhibition is the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance.
Given that public and private sector stakeholders present their products, services, and special offers to the audience at the exhibition, and information and forecasts are updated in simultaneous panels and conferences, attendance is recommended for all interested parties.

Exhibitor Questions
Exhibitors must have goods or services related to the exhibition’s field to display. Then, through the online registration process, their documents will be reviewed by exhibition experts. If the goods and services match the exhibition’s product group, the online registration status in the system will change from “Under Review” to “Pending.”
15 days before the opening date of the Tehran Financial Industry Exhibition, subject to space availability.
Participation in the exhibition provides only empty, unfurnished space. However, applicants can, at the time of registration, arrange for other services such as booth walls, carpet, equipment, furniture, etc., or various advertising tools and facilities through the organizer.
The handover time for pre-built and custom-built booths should be considered 1 day before the event for product arrangement.

If the booth is built by the organizer, it is handed over one day before the exhibition opens. If the participant intends to build a custom booth, the construction phase usually begins, and the space is handed over to the builder introduced by the participant 4 days before the opening.
Yes, heavy equipment must be transported to the booth location 4 days before the exhibition. However, equipment that is portable by hand or on wheels can be brought in one day before the exhibition. It is not possible to transport items with a personal vehicle up to the hall door, and removing items is only possible during the dismantling period.
Yes, typically the list of participants for the Mineral Industries Exhibition is published in communication channels 10 days before the exhibition.
